Jacqueline Maestas, DPT, is a licensed physical therapist specializing in pelvic health. She provides compassionate, evidence-based care for individuals experiencing pelvic floor dysfunction, postpartum challenges, and related musculoskeletal conditions.
Jacqueline’s clinical interests include pregnancy and postpartum rehabilitation, pelvic pain, incontinence, and restoring functional mobility after injury or surgery. She takes a patient-centered approach, grounded in empathy and evidence-based techniques, to improve quality of life and help patients return to the activities they enjoy. She works closely with each individual to improve biomechanics, build body awareness, and establish sustainable habits that support long-term success.
Jacqueline earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy from the MGH Institute of Health Professions in Boston and is certified in pelvic floor therapy, dry needling, and temporomandibular joint (TMJ) care. She has treated patients in both inpatient and outpatient settings, with experience in pelvic health, orthopedic injuries, and complex rehabilitation. Originally from New Mexico, she is happy to return home and support the health of her community.
Outside of the clinic, Jacqueline enjoys Pilates, exploring new recipes, reading, discovering local restaurants, and spending time with family and friends.
