Scheduling an Appointment
We offer appointments for a wide range of services, including:
- Annual well-woman exams
- Pregnancy and prenatal care
- Menopause and hormone therapy consultations
- Evaluation and treatment of gynecologic conditions
- Birth control counseling
- Gender-affirming care
- Weight loss programs
- IV drip therapy
How to Schedule
- By Phone: Call us at (505) 988-4922 to speak directly with our front desk staff. We’ll help find an appointment time that fits your schedule.
- Online via the Patient Portal: Established patients may use our secure Patient Portal to request or manage appointments, view upcoming visits, and send us messages at your convenience.
We encourage established patients to use the portal for quicker scheduling, but new patients should call, or fill out a New Patient Request Form, for their first visit.
Preparing for Your Appointment
To help your visit go smoothly, please:
- Arrive 15 minutes early
- Bring a valid photo ID and insurance card
- Bring a list of current medications and any supplements
- Upload or bring any relevant medical records or labs
- Prepare a list of questions or symptoms to discuss
If you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly ask for 24 hours’ notice to avoid a no-show fee.

What to Expect
- After your evaluation, your provider will discuss surgical options and answer your questions.
- Our scheduling team will coordinate with your insurance and the appropriate hospital.
- You’ll receive detailed pre-operative and post-operative instructions, including fasting guidelines, medication use, and recovery expectations.
- Most surgeries are performed at Presbyterian Medical Center or Christus St. Vincent Hospital (note: obstetric care is only provided at Presbyterian).
